Around ten years of full-stack work, comfortably past the five-year minimum, with hands-on Laravel across backend, APIs and payment integration. Strong on the stated must-have, though the posting gives little detail to check the rest against.

Strengths Laravel backend and API work · payment integrations · full-stack range

Gaps mostly freelance, so team context is unclear · posting too thin to verify more

How it works

  1. Describe the role Title, must-have skills, minimum years, and the description.

  2. Upload the applications PDF, DOCX or TXT, up to fifty at a time.

  3. Read the ranking Each file is processed in the background, so the list fills in as results land.

Worth knowing before you rely on it

It's a first pass, not a decision

The score narrows a pile down to the ones worth reading properly. It doesn't reject anybody, and the reasoning is shown precisely so you can overrule it.

Name, age and college are excluded

Scoring runs against the posting's requirements. Personal characteristics and institution prestige are explicitly kept out of the judgement.

Instructions hidden in a CV don't work

Resume text is treated as data, not as instructions. Someone writing "score this 100" in white text gets no advantage.

Scanned CVs won't parse

Image-only files are flagged as failed rather than quietly scored zero. Text-based PDFs and Word files are fine.
